My Study Plan

My name is Sun Piseth, majoring in English as a 2nd-year student in Phnom Penh International University, Cambodia. Firstly, I would like to mention why I choose to apply to another respective University located in ASEAN countries. As we are living in the ASEAN Community, I suppose knowing different people and cultures from these ASEAN countries are so important that I would like to broaden my experiences and knowledge by exploring there. Moreover, as the subject, English Literature is my progression to Education in my home University (PPIU), it is also related to my future plans. Especially, I wish I had a great chance to study abroad to learn new perspectives, academic skills, values of learning education in another country, and leadership skills to enhance the experiences as one of the students from ASEAN community. Having such a great chance would be a great honour to me. Furthermore, I would be able to know more about the differences in the Education system among ASEAN countries. In addition, I believe I could improve my (4) skills in English by practising with foreigners abroad. I would be able to make new friends and know about their culture, tradition and lifestyle as a part of crucial knowledge in my life. For all the things that I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that I should be one of the SHARE awardees in this coming batch -4. Having a great chance to learn in one of the ASEAN countries would be a new record of my study background, and I would be able to share my knowledge and experience to the people who would like to know about it to promote our education system.
