Sample Email to communicate with IRO host university for offer later and course






First,  you have to do some research about the university that you want to apply. Do they have course available for you or not? 

          Here is my first email to submit my application form for my host universities that I will apply. but you don't need to write everything the same like me. because my English is very poor you can write in your own way by using the same criteria. please note you have to submit all requirements document such as transcript, English test, passport, photos(both blue and white background) and finally is the application of your host university.

Note: the photo you just attach only one but you should prepare it two( blue&white background) because of some university they use blue and some they use white.

        My name is Sun Piseth and I am writing to you from Phnom Penh International University, Cambodia. I am a year 2 semesters 2 student in the field of English for Business. Asking about course of English Department

Dear Prof Dr Thanda Soe,

Good morning Teacher, My Name is SUN PISETH. I am from PPIU Cambodia. I am the one who was selected by Share-Scholarship batch 4 to study in University of Mandalay this semester 1st December 2017 to 31 April 2018. 
I kindly would like you to check if there are the changes in my courses or not( Bachelor of English).

1. English Literature
2. Intercultural Communication
3. English Language Studies
4. English in the Media
5. Communicative Skill

In addition, may I know about the credit and course code for each subject?
I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me this information.

GKS-Documents New update    with Apostille and Authenticated              GKS-Scholarship is known as a scholarship program that allows all candidates to apply in two different ways. first, you can apply through the embassy in your respective country and you are either able to apply directly to the university that you prefer. but since NIIED has announced a new update of documents that needed to get apostilled or Authenticated from the embassy of your respective country.
