 How To Apply SHARE-SCHOLARSHIP

1. Prepare your documents

For PPIU students you can get an English test at ILC, For the other three university RUPP, NUM and UC your maybe have different English test. and for the transcript record you also able to request from the receptionist in working hour. However, for the photo, I would recommend you to use both colors (blue and white) background because some university use blue and some use white. ( size, 4x6 and another one should be passport size).

This step is really important for students, you must understand the requirement documents especially the deadline of application. For the Endorsement latter, all the four universities also have different way to get. So you might follow your respective university. 
Note:  Please process your document as soon as possible, because some university will close their application in the first or second week of October.

I would like to commend you to use the separate folder for each university to store your information. it makes you easy to attach your file without confusing. 

2. Check and choose your favorite University

You can check out your favorite universities on SHARE-Scholarship website: https://www.share-asean.org/ for their requirement and some information related to your course or something else. Or you can visit their own website.

•           Academic calendar
•           Admission requirements
•           Marking system and grading scale policy
•           Programmes and course units

3. Contact with your host University IRO

After you chose some university to be your destination, now it time to contact that university for their application form and course. Note: some university require and some not require. In contrast, if you can't find your course on that university website you should request it from your host university( IRO or head of the department you will study) 

For Study plan, I recommend you to prepare it in advance because you must include it with your application form. What you have to write in your study plan? it might be your interesting with your host country and your host university, your expectation of your improvement on your academic study and culture exchange especially what you will receive from your mobility?. and it also includes some experience of yourself with society or your university. what I mentioned above is my experience to write it. you can use your own way to write it. if you can to see my sample you can see in my blogger.

4. Register an account with Share Website

After you finish the preparation of your documents and you might get LA from your host university now its time for you to register an account with SHARE platform, but you also can register it first.

Note: all the red start you must fill it.

For the Transcript of records, Copy of a valid passport and recent photograph you must reduce the size to 1Mb only. 

Note: you can convert it from JPG to PDF file to make it smaller.

5. Double check with your information and apply

Last but not least, when you complete all the process from the first step. now it is your final step to double check your information and confirm on the platform. 

Note: if at the end of the form you will see the word "Save and Save&Apply" this really important don't make it confused. if you are not ready to apply you just click on save button it means you save the work that you have done and continue it again when you want to add something. but if you click Save&Apply it means everything was done you can't change anything, you already apply for this scholarship.

6. End of your mobility

During your mobility, you have several things to do like evaluation, and some document to check on the platform. but everything will be working online by your home/host university. after you finished your mobility you will see all part in your application turn to green color it means everything already issued for you. and you have finished your mobility successfully.
